The twin brother Romulus and Remus were from the war God Mars and rhea Silvia. They were soon after birth thrown into the river Tiber due to a king wanting the throne.

THEY WERE BOTH RAISED BY SHEWOLF

After floating in the water they washed ashore and were found by a she wolf who fed them and took care of them. After that the Shepard Faustulus who took them home and they took care of them.
THE TWO BROTHERS GOT IN A FIGHT AND REMUS DIED
Romulus and Remus fought on where the site should be and Romulus ended up killing his twin brother Remus and Romulus was claimed creator of Rome.
