hOW A BILL BECOMES A LAW
- Amember of congress introduces the bill
- the committees review, vote on the bill
- Senate and House of Represenatatives debate and vote
- President decides to sign the bill or not
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes
To borrow on the credit of the United States
To establish Post Offices and Post Roads
The Congress shall have Power to declare war
