• 3 stripes consisting of white blue and red

• white - peace and honesty
• red - hardiness, bravery, strength, and valor
• blue - vigilance, truth and loyalty, perseverance, & justice

NATIONal " day of state flag "

• it is a holiday the celebrate
• they do not get a day off of work/school
• has been celebrated since 1994
