LEGENDARY SA

  • Assist guest/servers in whatever they need
  • Clear a table in 30-45 sec
  • Exhibit teamwork
  • Work with updater to ensure quick table turns
  • Have fun and SMILE

SA SANITATION PRACICES

  • Use only towels from the red Sani bucket
  • Do not overload trays or bus tubs
  • Conduct restrooms checks regularly
  • ALWAYS wash your hands!!!!
  • Never drag a glass through ice
  • Properly clean up spills

PRE-BUSSING AND BUSSING

  • Clock is running, you have 30sec to bus a table
  • Be on lookout for guest getting up
  • Never put the bus tub on table
  • Empty any buckets with peanut shells
  • Proper table set up

RESTROOM CHECKS

  • Restroom checks every 15 min
  • Fully stocked toilet paper and soap
  • Trash off floor. Trash not overflowing
  • Counters wiped down
  • Mirrors streak-free
