PERSISTENT MALTREATMENT OF A CHILD

Emotional abuse is the persistent emotional maltreatment of a child.

SEXUAL ABUSE

Sexual abuse involves forcing or enticing a child or young person to take part in sexual
activities, including non-contact activities and grooming.
