My Action Project is about Internet Safety and Security. I am going to be telling you ways to keep yourself and other safe on the internet.

This topic is important for many reasons. One reason is that everyone needs to know how to be safe on the internet, and everyone needs to know what to do if you find yourself in one of these situations.

I chose this topic because I want to inform people about how to be safe on their devices. This is interesting to me because I like to learn about the consequences of specific actions.

When you are on the internet you need to be aware of what is OK to do and what isn't. Some things that aren't safe to put on the internet are your personal info (full name, address, phone number, e.t.c.), don't open emails or messages from an unknown user, this can cause a virus to spread throughout your computer.

To make it so your account is very had to hack use strong passwords. Strong passwords contain letters (capitols and lowercase), numbers and symbols.

One way to keep viruses from invading is to update your browser. It has the latest security and will keep your computer the safest it can be.

Always know what you are posting, saying, clicking or downloading on the internet. You need to be aware of your actions and their consequences of misuse of the internet. everything that you say or post on the internet is permanent. Even if you delete it, it will still be able to be found.

To keep your computer healthy, remove all infected software. By doing this you are keeping your other software safe from viruses for a time.
