GENERAL RULES

• There is no horse playing in the lab.
• Do not drink beverages or have food in the lab.
• Do not touch chemicals or materials in the lab unless to do so.
• Do not pour chemicles down the drain.
• Wear proper lab equipment.

Accidents and injuries

Report and accident immediately to the teacher.

If a chemical splashes in your eyes,clothes, or skin rinse it off with water.

Clothing.

No baggy clothes, sandals, jackets, or bracelets .

Must have lab aprons, goggles, and gloves.

Girls must pick up their hair in ponytailes.

HANDLING GLASSWARE AND EQUIPMENT

Handle glassware with care.

Never handle broken glass with your bare hands, you might get injured.

Use a brush and dustpan to clean up broken glass

Hands must be completely dry before touching an electrical switch or cords.

CLOTHING

Clothing

No baggy pants, sandals,jackets, or bracelets.

Girls must pick up their hair either In a bun or ponytail.
