Salmon eggs are really delicate and fragile at this stage!

THEY NEED...

  • Cold water (5 to 9 degrees Celsius)
  • Small amount of oxygen
  • Pure/clean water

WHO ARE THE PREDATORS?

Salmon eggs have many predators that can end their development!

HERE ARE THE PREDATORS!

  • Bears!
  • Eagles and other birds
  • Wolves
  • Raccoons
  • Adult salmon( other salmon can eat other salmon eggs)
  • Humans( humans make salmon eggs to make sushi)(yummy but sad...)

OTHER THREATS!

Salmon eggs also have many other things that can end their life!
