• Beginning no later than the 5th century, Saracens were equated with Arabs
• Not much is said about the Saracens in historical records

The Saracens were an ancient civilization, loosely generalized with the Arabs, and much of their religious beliefs were Islamic. I learned a lot in this project, because I had never heard of the Saracens before I started.

The Saracens had great land for agriculture, and grew everything from flowers, to fruits and vegetables.

I found it the most interesting just to see that their culture was so close to the Islamic culture, and that not much is really known about them.

They were important because they added to science, astronomy, education, and general learning of the world.

They were heavily influenced by the Islamic culture, and much of the Saracen civilization followed Muslim beliefs and practices.

The Saracen civilization was a mainly Muslim civilization with militaristic might. They are not popular in historical records, but are talked about in some places.
