Why do teens use drugs?

• Pressure
• Following/Copying
• Wanted to be cool
• Stress
• Boredem

Drugs and pressure

• Why would you want to use drugs? Drugs don't necessarily take away that stress, or pressure feelings, sometimes they give stress and pressure to you. Drugs can damage your lungs, causing you even more stress feelings. Is taking drugs for stress really worth your lungs?

All an act

• Sometimes when you want to be liked by someone you do whatever to make them like you. For example taking drugs. Doing drugs to be cool is just not cool, drugs actually do a lot of damage. You might even go to jail all because you wanted to act "cool"

"Friends"

• What do we call friends? We call friends who care for you and will always be there for you, not "friends"who will force you to do drugs. Sure they may be your friends but that doesn't mean you have to be exactly like them. Be careful on who you're friends with.

Bored?

• Are you bored? Have nothing to do in life? There are plenty of things you may do, like drawing, dancing, singing, and even cleaning your room! Yet, I know being on your phone is pretty bad but it's better than taking drugs. Being bored is not an excuse for taking drugs.
