• Set an alarm so you can have some relax time, but then you will have to start your work when your alarm goes off
• Preventing procrastination can ensure that you don't forget to finish an assessment

ORGINAZATION

• Organization can ensure no homework is lost
• Notes are easy to read when wrote in an orderly fashion
• You can maintain better friendships by remembering to contact somebody back

LISTENING

• Listening is hard when you are uncomfortable
• Don't judge when you have to focus on what you have to learn
• Don't get caught up on trying to learn one thing, instead come back to it later

RELEVANCY

• Look for the point of doing something
• Ask whether or not there is relevancy in the process
• Just because something seems useless doesn't mean it is
