BOREDOM

• Top 20s apply the Inside/Outside rule and take responsibility for their boredom.
• Its easier to control boredom when you are aware of when it begins.

PROCRASINATION

• Your list of things you need to do builds up over time. Instead of having to do one thing, you now have to do 10 things.
• If you are a procrasinator, you are distracted by everything.

LISTENING

• I am in a different level of listening for each of my different classes.
• I can learn to realize when I am distracted, so then I can say Not Now.

RELEVANCY

• The relevancy of an irrelevant class is not always to be found only in the subject matter or the content.
• If we spend our time talking about boring or pointless things we will push ourselves depper into the world of boredom.
