Relevancy

• the assignments in class might not be relevant but the participation is
• irrelevancy will not disappear after highschool

Boredom

• its much easier to control boredom when you are aware of when it begins
• the more you say you are bored, the more bored you become 

Procrastination

• this means putting off a task that you don't want to do
• with procrastination comes anxiety, guilt, and worry

Listening

• you should listen with you body
• you should no be judgemental
