RELEVENCY

• Make what your learning useful give it relevence, or in shorter terms purpose (it’s for my future, or learning growth)
• Acknowledge everything is a benefit when learning, it could be for growth, intellectual muscle, etc.
• Seek opportunity in your work and never give up, winners are people who just continued trying

BOREDOM

• Reduce negative feelings and habits for your learning benefit/ general benefit
• Identify the negative habit
• Be responsible and act upon what you identified
• Slow down your thoughts to focus on what’s on hand
• This is when your mind is racing, it’s finding everything else irrelevant

PROCRASTINATION

• This is when you get distracted and can’t focus
• It connects with boredom
• Slow down your mind, and focus on positive things

LISTENING

• 1(Zero) - 5(100% Focus)
• You need to be focused and on task not elsewhere
• Put your thoughts in a pause or parking lot until later for focusing
• Listening means getting the knowledge absorbed but you must stay on that task for you to gain knowledge
