My science fair experiment is whether chickens lay a bigger quantity of eggs with music or without.

Testable Question
My testable question is whether playing music affect
the quantity of eggs chickens lay.

My hypothesis is that the chickens will lay better without music, because chickens are not used to music, so I think it may scare them.

Matierals

  • Radio or I-pod
  • Chickens
  • Charger

Steps

  • Get music device ready with country, rock or heavy metal and soothing music
  • Plug in music device, so it will play without running out of batiery   
  • Put music in chicken coop and play from 7pm to 4pm
