MY QUESTION

WHAT IS HYDROPONICS???

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• The roots are suspended into water
• Those roots don't have to search though soil for nutrients and water

SOIL GROWTH 🌰🌱🌴🌳

• Use photosynthesis ,when the suns energy is converted into sugar
• Contain pigments that absorb the sunlight
• The roots grow in to the ground in search of water and dissolved nutrients

MATERIALS 📝

• Two small cups (2 inches deep)
• A cup of soil
• A cup of clean water
• Two healthy bean seeds
• Ruler and a window with lots of sun

🌸PROCEDURES🌸

• Fill a cup with clean water{2in}a put a seed in it
• Fill a cup with soil{2in} and put a seed in it
• Each day for atleast 10(8 for me) water both
• Once the first sprout is out of the soil or in the water and then measure

DATA, NO CHANGES

• Day one I planted both seeds
• Day 1-4 no changes in either seeds

MORE DATA

• Day 5, water got fogey and still no changes in growth
• Day 6,small sprout in soil
• Day 7, sprout came out of the soil
• Day 8, the sprout grew 1/2 cm
