Fluorine

Fluorine is important to us because without it our teeth will have a higher chance of tooth decay.

That is why most countries have their tap water contain fluoride. To prevent the increase of cavity.

It is the 13th most abundant element in the Earth's crust.
It is naturally found on soil, food, and minerals.

Fluoride is also synthesized in laboratories. Synthesized fluoride is commonly to the things we consume such as drinking water, toothpaste, mouth washes and various other chemical products.

To wrap things up fluoride can protect teeth from being demineralized by acids produced by sugar. And when it is damaged the fluoride accumulates in the demineralized area and strengthens the enamel.

Tin

Tin can be found in small amounts in our body and is believed to play a part in our overall health and bodily processes.

It can be found in our tissues and in the greatest amounts in the supra-renal glands, liver, brain, spleen, and thyroid gland.

Though scientists are not absolutely sure wether tin is essential to the human body, because it is not essential to many animals ,however another psychologist belief, is tin can actually decrease depression and fatigue.
