Press and hold power and volume down
Screenshot is saved into the Gallery.
This may not work on some Android devices that have apps that assign the buttons to other functions.

Press and release Sleep and Home simultaneously.
The Sleep button is along the top edge of your device. The Home button is on the front.
Your screen will flash and an image will be saved in your Camera Roll.
