Marley was Scrooges business partner and only friend although they didn't act like it at the time
Their relationship was mostly cold and calculating before
Scrooge didn't fully consider how much Marley meant to him until the visit
Scrooge Realized that Marley cared about him and vice versa

Bob was under appreciated and over worked in the beginning
Then the ghosts showed Scrooge an insight into bobs hard life
Scrooge realized that there were consequences to his poor treatment of bob
Scrooge corrected it by raising his salary and being kinder toward bob
This resulted in a strong friendship between the two men

THE FUNDRAISERS
Scrooge at first was appalled when asked to give money for charity
He inquired coldly "are there no prisons"
He was then shown how poor people live and how hard they had to try to survive
At the end he donated a very generous amount of money to the same fund raisers

MONEY
Scrooge started out a very cheap, stingy and wealthy man
His relationship with money was mainly greed
He was shown what good his money could do
He then Started to spend it on things he saw as important like tiny tim

TINY TIM
Scrooge was not originally aware of tiny Tim or his condition
When shown it, he was devastated at the thought of Tims current fate
After, he gave bob money for the treatment and Tim was healed
Scrooge became a second father figure for the young boy

FRED
Fred longed for Scrooges attention and friendship, inviting him frequently
Scrooge thought Fred a foolish man and rudely rejected him
Scrooge then saw how much fun Fred's party was and how they felt about him
Scrooge then attended the party and had a lot of fun with his nephew

CONCLUSION
Beginning the story was a grumpy, stingy, hated and pitied man
He had no friends or family to keep him company
Then the ghosts of christmas showed him the path he was on
He mended broken relationships and changed his attitude
He lived out the rest of his life in the comfort of having people that cared about him
