An adult female sea turtle will create a nest. Then she will go back into the sea and leaves her nest and her eggs. In 45-70 days the baby sea turtles will hatch. They will stay in the nest for a few days. While those days they will absorb there yolk which provides needed energy to go to out to sea.

Flatbacks Flatbacks only breed and nest in Australia. An adult flatback weighs 200 pounds and is 3 feet long. Flatbacks are named after there flat shells.
