Positive Self Esteem:
Knowing your own strengths and weaknesses, and praising yourself for the good things you've done, while working to improve the weaker things. This is a positive thing because it allows room for self improvement, while still giving self praise.

Positive Self Esteem:
Demonstrating self-respect, self-confidence, and self-acceptance. It's good to show others you think/ feel highly of yourself, in a non cocky way.

Feeling “good enough” even though you don't excel at everything. This displays self acceptance and self respect.
