Mathew 7:6

  • Don't give what belongs to God or is sacred to dogs
  • Dogs won't appreciate it and will trample on it
  • Don't throw your pearls to pigs, they'll trample on them and attack you
  • If you put your values and what you consider valuable into the world;
  • Then the world will turn on you and destroy you

Matthew 7:1-5

  • Jesus says to not judge and that however way you judge others you will be treated the same.
  • Then Jesus starts to ask how it's possible to try to help people when you haven't even helped yourself.
  • You can't help someone until you've helped yourself.
  • Lastly, Jesus says that after you have looked at yourself and fixed your actions, then you can help other people.

  • God will provide.
  • Proverbs 3:5
  • "Trust in The Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding"
