Sestrosis

Sestrosis's father was Ahmenemhet I, which during his reign as king he got assassinated. Sestrosis ruled in the Middle Kingdom from 1974 BC to 1929 BC in the 7th dynasty. He had a son, Ahmenemht III, which later ruled after Sestrosis. He also had a wife Nefru, who was buried with him at his temple.

Accomplishments

What did King Sestrosis do?

Sestrosis built the temple Re- Atum and a monument of himself, both at Helipolis. Sestrosis's temple is called The South Lisht Pyramid, which was discovered in 1882 and built a mille away from his father's pyramid. Sestrosis was king of Egypt after his father.
