BLINDE SIDE SETTING

• Wingate has a stupendous and unique library. The library is packed with ancient and historical books. They have computers which are scattered around room. The tables and chairs are made out of wood and arranged in a particular manner for groups of students to study together. The chairs also have soft cushions on them so the students are comfortable and relaxed when studying for a long period of time. The windows which are long and spacious so the sun's ray can shed some light into the library so they can see what they're working on.
• Collins had to ignore her friends staring at her and Michael when she went to study with him on an other table. It was a challenge for her because her friends didn't understand that Micheal looked alone so she sat with him to make him feel happy not sad.
• Micheal over comes the challenge of getting his grades up by studying with Collins and asking Collins when he gets stuck.
• Micheal is studying to get his grades up, which will help him achieve his ambition. Collins is kind enough to sit and study with him instead of her friends. Micheal trusts Collins that she would help him study like they do at home
• This scene in the movie 'The Blind Side 'is one of the vital settings throughout the movie because it Shows Micheal is working to his ambition, Collins and Michael trust and Collins's kindness.

LIBRARY SCENE

PUNT SETTING

• Punt has a stunning and remarkable palace . The palace is filled with magnificent riches including mirrors made out of bronze, scent of myrrh surrounds the palace and walls made out of alabaster. They have towering doors every where in the palace , which leads into intriguing rooms and one every significant door leads into the throne room. Travellers that come to the palace are astonished by the unorthodox flock of women who help rule the kingdom ad the way women present themselves.
• The Queen wouldn't of lived without the traders help and his knowledge on medicine. She had to trust him to preform the surgery on her.
• Narmer wouldn't of realised how naive he was without the help from Nitho, her known trading and the respect she got from the women of punt, showed Narmer that there are more wealthy towns in the world and that other towns rule there kingdoms differently that the way his father rules his birth place.
• Narmer had to trust that the queen of punt would remember the trader no they wouldn't be poor. As the trader told Narmer and Nitho to go, both of them said no and stood by the traders side , which brings the loyal side of Narmer. Narmer wanted to be brave infront of Nitho since he was about to faint from the sight of so much blood from the queens neck.
• Punt is a crucial setting in the novel pharaoh because Narmer comes out of his own word and realises there more wealthy places in the world. Narmer becomes more brave , trusts the people around him and willing to stand by Nitho and their trader through anything.

PALACE SCENE

WITCHES BY ROLD DAHL SETTING

• The headland Cornwall hotel has a sensational dining area. Tables and chairs organised for families to come and eat. There is a certain area,who have reserved it for a special occasion or just or privacy. In that area they have Long table with chairs in the centre o the room and other tables and chair situated around the room. They have white sheets on the tables, also have gorgeous and decorative flowers arranged neatly on the table. To make this area private they have a wooden door to seperate from other parts of the dining hall.
• The grandmother of the main character faced a challenge of making sure her grandsons friend's parents believe that their son was a mouse. She over came this by making a plan,made sure they didn't make a scene and let their son talk to them.
• Luke, who was a mouse at that time had to put the poison into the soup, which the witches were going to eat. This was a challenge because at the wright time his grandmother had to create a diversion in the kitchen so he could seek in undetected. He over came this by running and watching out for people when diversion was happening
• Luke and his grandmother are motivated to kill the grand high witch and her followers, so they won't turn all the children into mouses.Luke trusts Bruno (who is also a mouse)that he won't interfere with the plan and won't go off looking for food when he is supposed to be in the grandmother's handbag. The grandmother is brave to put Luke in harms way in the kitchen were their are knifes and vessels everywhere, one slip could be lunch for the witches. The people in the are also a danger to Luke.
• This setting in novel the witches is a significant because it is were all the witches but but one turn into a mouses. Luke trusts Bruno, grandmother is brave and both Luke and grandmother are motivated to kill the witches in this setting.
