  • Flash floods, can happen at any time
  • Tornados, happens midday
  • Hurricanes, late day or midday

  • Winter, sleet anytime in winter
  • Blizzards, can happen anytime in winter causes
  • Heavy snowfall
  • Low visibility
  • Slippery roads

HOW DOES IT OCCUR?

  • Tornadoes- change in wind direction, cold air, moist air.
  • Hurricanes- from heat of the sea.
  • Thunderstorms- A thunderstorm occurs when a cloud producing a shower develops to a certain height.
  • Blizzards- warm air rises over cold air.
