• Started Afterschool Program
• Updated reading instruction & interventions
• $16,000 Chocolate Fundraiser & $10,000 Grant to Pave Track
• More time for Science and Social Studies
• Supporting new teachers

23-24 Shadow Butte Goals

• Continue to strengthen academic instruction
• Build interventions for students who struggle behaviorally
• Progressive Discipline (in 23-24 Student Handbook)
• Begin monthly Community Cafe with families/parents
• Offer classes for parents/families
• Add Safety and security features

• Staple handouts, cut/fold paper, decorate bulletin boards
• Help during recess or lunch room supervision
• Read or practice math facts with 2-3 students
