ABOUT SHAKESPEARE

• Born 1564 in Stratford, Died in 1616
• He didn't have much education
• He married Ann Hathaway at age 18
• Had his first daughter, then had twins. The boy past away at age 11:(
• 5 years into his marriage he moved to London to work at the Globe Theater.
• He past away after a evening drink with some theater friends

THE GLOBE THEATER

• Built in London, 1599.
• Its unique to me because its shaped just like my high school gym the dome
• The theater has held some of the most biggest, amazing plays ever.
• Shakespeare has spent most of his time here
• 36 out of 38 of his plays where published there.

LIFE IN THE RENAISSANCE

• The renaissance had faded out then had a "rebirth" again.
• People back then where poor and had very little power
• People worked on farms and trade was very common
• Government was big and rich and ran everything

• Its was a company
• Shakespeare wrote most of his play for this company
• The "kings" played the roles in his plays
• Lord chamberlain past away but his son took it over keeping the name
