WHAT IS SHARI'A LAW?

  • Baseline rules all Muslims will follow.
  • Extensive consequences for denying it.

CONSEQUENCES.

  • Theft may result in amputation of right hand.
  • Denying the following May result in death
  • -Quran
  • -Prophet Muhhamad
  • -Allah

WOMEN AND SHARIA LAW

  • A woman may divorce a man with a mans consent.
  • Woman can not drive a car.
  • Woman cannot speak to a man she is not related or married to.
  • Woman heirs inherit half of a mans inheirtiance.
  • A man can beat his wife for being defiant.

MORE WOMEN UNDER SHARIA LAW.

  • Woman can maintain their children after there husbands death.
  • Woman can not be taken advantage of while Men are at war.
  • A woman must have 4 male witnesses to prove a rape.
