• would've been slowed by at least a few years.

IF THE TRIAL WERE DIFFERENT

• If the owners were convicted during
• the first trial, the families could've gotten
• more money and more justice.

TODAY BECAUSE OF THE FIRE

• Without the fire, many regulations
• would be late in occurrence.
• This is because after the fire happened
• politicians and comitees gave money to
• help ensure this wouldn't reoccur.
