RULES AND REGULATION
- Must rest the shot close to the neck
- Not to wear gloves, but bandage are allowed
- Can't hit the toe board
- Shot must land within the legal sector of the throwing area
- Must exit through the rear half of the circle

- You will have 60 second to begin your throw
- Six chances for shot putting
- Steps out the circle before the ball landed consider foul
- Must push the throwing arm straight from the neck

SAFETY
- Do not throw like a baseball
- Inspect the surface
- Make sure the yellow area is flagged off
- Make sure the landing area will not create unusual bounces
- Divots should be filled in
