Rehabilitation:
The boys come in strung out by drugs and violence, doctors will visit with them three times a week. Both physically and mentally, the boys will be rehabilitated by these doctors in care facilities.

Housing:
Considering that this organization can only take in about 80 boys at a time, The boys will be two to a 12x20 cabin. Each cabin will have two beds along with a dresser to keep belongings. There will be a common wash area. This area will be a 25x20 building with separated showers. And another building of the same dimensions for dining. Along with a infirmary and clinic. Throughout the day the boys will cycle out of the work, food, and clinic areas.

Safety:
The overall safety of the people in the establishment will be protected by 10 security guards. They will be armed, but will keep their weapons discrete, so as to not cause any problems. Our plan is to have these guards provided by republic of Sierra Leone or American government.

Work: the whole object of this organization is to get the boys ready to go back into the world. It is very hard to start from scratch so the boys would be provided a small wage in order to start life when they leave. We are again hoping to ask the government for assistance in a stable salary. They will be working in farming bananas, which is one of the most common foods in Sierra Leone.

Budget:
The cost of buildings would be a little over 1.5 million along with electricity and personal belongings (chests, showers, and household items). The majority of funds will be from donations and government assistance. Setting up the whole project for roughly the first ten years will be 10 million after the beginning has been established.

Audience:
15+
This starting age group is really when the kids become involved with their communities. Usually they start through churches, which will also be a large part of this organization (missions, projects, etc.)

We hope to work with the a group that helps to prevent recruitment of boy soldiers. You can visit their website at
