IMPACT

  • The Silk Road made many things available to the world.
  • Gunpowder was frequently traded, leading to an increase in guns
  • Math spread worldwide, simplifying mundane tasks.
  • Books spread further due to printing presses.

TRADING

BETWEEN THE US AND CHINA

CHINA

  • Is one of the largest trading partners with the US
  • Is responsible for lots of manufacturing
  • Allows the US to mass-produce goods easily
  • US gives a large economic boost to China through reliance on manufacturing
  • Jobs in China flourish, companies can pay less for produced goods
