SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

WE WILL BE SHOWING YOU THE DIFFERENCES AND SIMILARITIES OF THE 10 SCHOOLS AND 1 SCHOOLS

10 SCHOOLS SMILARITIES

• Ten schools have a majority of white students
• Most of the schools we researched were located in high income areas
• Most parents from these schools are high school graduates
• The migrant poupulAtion from these schools is zero

CONTRASTING HIGH AND LOW ACHIEVING SCHOOLS

• 1 schools have a larger migrant population than 10 schools
• 1 schools have a larger hispanic pouplation than 10 schools
• The low achieving schools have more ELD learners than the high achieving schools

OUR PLAN (A MUSIC PROGRAM)

• People with hidden talents could get to discover them
• We will need to hire music teachers
• For everything we need to setup our time frame would be 6 months
• For all of this we have challenges
• We will need support from Humberto Ruiz and Mr.Hughes

OUR CHALLENGES

• On of our challenges is poverty because we need money for the equimpment
• Grit is a big part of this because the kids need to practice a lot
• We also need to have patience to help people with instruments
