• Splint
• Repositioning of bones of aligned poorly

OSTEOARTHRITIS

SIGNS & SYMPTOMS

• Joint swelling
• Joint aching and soreness
• Stiffness after rest
• Bonney enlargements in middle and end joints of finger
• Pain after overuse or after long periods of inactivity

TREATMENT

• If bad enough need surgery

BURSITIS
-an inflammation of fluid filled sacs in joints
- sudden injury, remaining under pressure

• Pain during movement
• Stiff joints
• Swelling
• Redness
• Tenderness
