Vitamins come in many foods an example is fruits and veggies.
Vitamins are sometimes called vita nutrients.
It is a compound organism in limaited amounts.

Proteins are usually found in meats like staek and hamburger.
Proteins are large amounts of biological molecules.
Protein is found in your muscles,bones,skin,and hair.

MINERALS
Nutrition. any of the inorganic elements, as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, or sodium, .
You need minerals to function on your body.
Minerals are mostly found in fruits and vegetables.

CARBS
#1 source of energy.
Mostly found in grains like wheats.
Consisting of carbon, hydrogen,oxygen.

FATS
It helps cushion your organisms protect Your body.
There are good fats but are also bad fats.
Examples of fats are avocados, salmon, bad fats are ice cream and chips.

WATER
It transports nutrients around your body.
It removes waste out of your system.
Choose water over sugary beverages.

COMPLEX CARBOHYDRATES
They are found in sugar chains and molecules.
Complex carbohydrates are found in foods such as peas, beans, whole grains, and vegetables..
They are used for energy.

SIMPLE CARBOHYDRATES.
Quickest source of energy.
They are very rapidly digested in are systems.
Has 1 or 2 types of sugar molecules.

TYPE 1 VS TYPE 2 DIABETES.
Type 1 diabetes destroyes the cells.
Type 2 diabetes is 95% of the people.
Type 1 is not as common only gas about 5%.

SATURATED FAT
Only saturated fatty acids.
A new study found out it doesnt cause heart disease.
Pick unsaturated over saturated most of the time.

UNSATURATED FAT
A double bond acid.
Meat products contain both saturated and unsaturated fats.
Usaturated fats are liquid at room temperature.

REDUCE FAT BY 20-30%
Eat more protein.
Fruits and veggies are way better for you.
Pick a good healthy snack.
Look at how much bad food you eat in a day.

CALORIES
You can maintain your calories by watching what you eat.
Fats have a lot of calories stay away from them.
You are supposed to get if your a teen about 2,000.

FAT GETS A "BAD RAP"
People don't think about good fats.
There are goid and bad fats.
You can eat fats but still be healthy.
