The capitol use the snat as a weapon by recording things it sees. The snat can get information. If the snat needs to defend itself, it can fly away by releasing its wings. The snat can track people by biting people and tracking it with its built in tracker to locate the person. The snat is indestructible, its skin is made out of metal and can't get damaged easily.
