HOW SNOWFLAKES FORM
Snowflakes form when tiny supercooled cloud droplets freeze
The droplet will stay frozen if it is below 0
There must be moisture in the air to form a ice crystal
Then ton of tiny ice crystals come together
They form a snowflake

SNOWING
You do not no if it will snow if snow falls from the cloud, it might rain
Snow might melt as it travels in warm air
If it gets over 32 degrees when the snowflake is falling it might rain
