The police in Brazil went on strike over thier pay.
The police went to the government but failed to get better conditions and higher wage.
WHY DO WE CARE
WE CARE BECAUSE BRAZIL COULD HAVE A WAR AND THAT WOULD HURT OUR TRADE WITH THEM.

*Crimes in Brazil have gotten really bad.
*Many protesters
*Worried about World Cup
*Figuring out ways to protect
WHY DO WE CARE
We care because the robberies have gotten really bad and we might have to step in and help brazil control their country.
"Why Ireland is in trouble"
Ireland is in trouble because it's high unemployment rate of 14%.
Also Ireland's borrowing costs are pushed to unsustainable levels.
WHY DO WE CARE
We care because Ireland could become a developing country and have many problems. Because of this we might need to step in since we have good ties with the EU.
"Why is Ireland so fat?"
*Ireland has 30% of their 11 year old overweight.
*two out of three Irish adults are obese.
*50% of the Irish population have some sort of diet books and fitness memberships.
WHY DO WE CARE
We care because if the Irish people are becoming obese and most likely people won't work in harder jobs that provide for their economy. That would hurt their economy and they might ask for help.
