Charles Goodyear
Charles Goodyear was the inventor of the first soccer ball. Soccer was first played with a bladder from an animal. Soccer was first called football but the british called it soccer. There is a world cup held every four years. Soccer is a sport which you kick a soccer ball into a goal. Heading a soccer ball causes head injuries.
History/Evolution
Old soccer balls were sewn together. Rubber wasn't manufactured for several years. The animal bladder was eventually sewn over. Early soccer balls were sewn together. Some soccer balls were made out of genuine leather. Now, soccer balls are lighter.
Short Comings
How can I improve the invention, by making it unpoppable. Also we can change the design on the soccer ball. We will make the soccer ball with good material. We want to make the soccer ball soft so it won't cause brain damage.The soccer ball has to be light.

Ideate and Prototyping.
We will try to make the soccerr. ball out of rubber or other materials. Our goal is to make the soccer ball unpoppable, so that kids can play longer. The first idea was to make it out of foam, but the foam is to soft. So we need a stong but soft material.

Soccer Injuries
A big injury is brain damage. Brain damage is caused by hitting the ball with your head. If you hit the ball wrong it will start to hurt. Players will get hurt if playing rough on the field.
