HEART RATE Our heart rate is measured in HRV which stands for Heart rate Variability a High HRV means there is a normal amount of time between each beat and to have a Low HRV means that there is little time between each beat.
ProceduresFirst I will set up the course. Then I will send my fist player through the course which will be the goalie, he will do the course then I will his HRV and record what I observe. Next I will do the same for each player and record the results in my lab write up.
ConclusionIn conclusion, my hypothesis was half correct I predicted that the midfielder would have the highest HRV after the course turns out that the Midfielder and the Striker had the same HRV in the end
