• Social behavior is guided by numerous rules (formal & informal), this influences the overall behavior of everyone in a society. Such as manners, attitude, status, wealth, respect for authority, the degree of openness and inclusiveness, and many more.

HOW DOES SOCIAL CUSTOMS DEAL WITH THE "BUISNESS WORLD"?

• "If a business operates in a multicultural society, then the social external social environment is even more complicated because the environment will consist of diverse sub-populations with their own unique values, beliefs, and customs.
