CONSTITUTION

When the American War for independence ended the American need to build a new nation.

The Articles of Confederation was the first plan of the Congress for the United States of America.

Shay's rebellion is the act who shocked the Congress so they revised the Articles of Confederation. They try to revise it but it was to weak so they put it away and build another plan: the Constitution.

The Constitutional Convention is a meeting held in Philadelphia in 1787 at which delegates from all of the states wrote the U.S Constitution.

James Madison was nominate the father of the Constitution because he was really helpful during the creation of the Constitution.

No soldiers shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner prescribed by law.

FOURTH AMENDMENT

Right to don't have some police officer in our house for investigate.

The fifth trough the eighth amendment are intended to guarantee fair treatment for people involved in legal actions.

The ninth and tenth amendment

The ninth and tenth amendment concern the relationships among the federal government, the states, and the people.
