PRESENTATION OUTLINE

AGRICULTURAL ADJUSTMENT ADMINISTRATION (AAA)

BY: ARIEL SHTIVELBERG

The Agricultural Adjustment Administration was established in May of 1933.

This administration's purpose was to help farmers by reducing the production of staple crops.

The Agricultural Adjustment Administration affected farmers. It benefited farmers by reducing production of staple crops, thus raising farm prices and encouraging more expanded farming.

The Agricultural Adjustment Administration was extremely successful.

-The AAA increased farmer's incomes
- The AAA fed unemployed workers (selling killed of livestock)

The Agricultural Adjustment Administration is not around today. In 1936, the Supreme Court found this administration unconstitutional because it had allowed the federal government to interfere with the running of state issues.
