BY AFTYN LAWRENCE

I am Benjamin Franklin and we need to rebel the british and declare our independence we can not let a king half way across the world control us and here are some reasons why

REASON WHY WE SHOULD REBEL

  • The Boston Massacre
  • The intolerable acts

The Boston masscre was completely unfair in every way possible.
I was staying in Boston in my small house just relaxing and I heard screaming and I ran outside and saw 5 colonists dead and 3 injured I was in shock then a colonist told me british opened fire on innocence people

THE INTOLERABLE ACTS WERE OUTRAGEOUS

  • First off they closed off the boston harbor
  • Which affected the people there by limiting their food supplies and affecting businesses
  • Then the king took over the Massachusetts goverment
  • This hurt people by having less power and controlling their freedom this place is for that
  • More soliders were sent to Boston to make sure people follow the laws and if British soliders were accused of murder would be trialed in England
  • more goverment less freedom and more likely to get away with murdur

HOW WE SHOWED THE BRITISH

  • The Boston Tea Party
  • The battle of Concord and Lexington

The Boston Tea Party
The British tried to make us pay for tea called the tea act so we dressed up like indains and snuck on the boats and threw every last drop of tea into the harbor
