HOW SOFT DRINKS AFFECTS THE ADOLESCENT BRAIN
Scientists are discovering that soda affects the developing brain the most.
Soda can really affect your memory sometimes.
You can damage the brain as much as Alzheimer's disease.
Teens drink more pop than they eat any other food.
In adolescents the glucose from soda increases the cerebral blood flow.
3.
HOW SOFT DRINKS AFFECT TEENAGE OBESITY
Research shows that soft drinks are the worst offender in child obesity.
Soft drinks increase the odds of obesity more than greasy foods.
If you drink 2 cans of soda a day you can gain more than 2 1/2lbs a month.
In the course of that year you could gain 30lbs just by drinking soda.
To loose weight a good place to start is to not drink soft drinks at all.
4.
HOW SOFT DRINKS AFFECT ADOLESCENTS TEETH
Soft drinks have emerged as one of the most significant source of tooth decay.
Soft drinks soften the tooth enamel and that helps lead to cavities.
Diet soft drinks aren't as harmful but they can still hurt the adolescents teeth.
To help prevent hurting or killing ur teeth just substitute the soft drinks with water.
