SOLAR HAT

WHY WE CHOSE THIS PROJECT

• We chose this project because we were interested in Iran and energy and we thought this would be cool to do to help out the people in Iran.

OUR INVENTION

• Our invention is a hat that we put solar cells on to power a power pack
• We took the hat and the solar cells connected to the wires and taped them together and connected the wires to the USB cable.
• What you do is plug your charger into the USB cable and plug in your phone and it starts charging

OUR BRAINSTORMING

• First we were going to do solar generating shades
• Then we were going to do a football generator (from the kick)
• We also were going to do a punching bag that generates energy from the impact of the punch
• Finally we decided to do a solar generating hat

IRAN ENERGY CRISIS

• Is a country with a major shortage of electricity
• It's people need more electricity to survive
