All our planets orbit around the sun even though the sun isn't a planet

Mercury is the first planet from the sun
Mercury is the quickest to orbit the sun as its the closest
Mercury is red in color and is to hot for any form of life as its so close to the sun

Venus is the second planet from the sun
Venus is white with patches yellow and orange
Venus is the second fastest planet to orbit the sun as its the second closest

Earth is the third planet from the sun
Earth is the third fastest planet to orbit the sun
Earth is thinly planet to be inhabited with life and planets

Mars is the fourth planet from the sun
Mars is the red planet
Mars is the only planet apart from earth to may have signs of life on the planets surface
Mars was found to nave signs of water in 2013

Jupiter is the largest planet in our solar system. If youcombined all the planets in our solar system they still wouldn't be a s big as Jupiter. Jupiter is one of the brightest planets in our solar system with only the moon, Venus and another few planets. Jupiter has 16 moons!

Saturn is known for its wonderful appearance with its gleaming colour and wonderful looking rings. Saturn is the second biggest planet in our solar system. Saturn has around 56 moons.

Uranus is 2,877,000,000km from the sun and takes 30,687.15 Earth days to orbit the sun. Uranus is the seventh planet in our solar system. Uranus has a mass of 86,810,300,000,000,000 billion kg or 14.536x Earths mass. Uranus has 27 moons.
