What sort of relationship does South Korea have with Australia?

Australia and South Korea are trading partners in the Asia Pacific region. South Korea and Australia have a relationship that has reached very high ground in the last few years. South Korea has an embassy in Canberra and Australia has an embassy in Seoul. In Australia the population of people of Korean origin is about 150,873 mainly in Sydney and Melbourne. Australia also sent 17,000 troops to Korea during the Korean War which was to defend South Korea.

What are some things that Australia trades with South Korea?

Australia and Korea trade lots of things, from animals to tobacco, and from machinery and transport, to chemicals and medicine.

Is the per capita of South Korea rising or falling?

South Korea's GDP per capita in 1960 was $155 and has risen to $22,424 today, which is greater than the national wealth of their Chinese neighbors. So the per capita is DEFINITELY rising

Is food security an issue in South Korea?

If there is any country on the planet worried about its food supply, it is South Korea, which imports more than 90 percent of its food from overseas, including almost all of its wheat and corn. South Korea is dealing with this problem by, buying land in other countries and planting crops their so they can import it to South Korea.

Is South Korea working towards environmental sustainability?

South Korea is not working towards environmental sustainability, they are too focused on other projects and their cities take up a lot of room. Most of South Korea is mountainous, so at least they can't damage that.

Is South Koreas mortality rate dropping?

The infant mortality rate in South Korea has substantially decreased over the past 45 years. In 1971 the mortality rate was over 50 in 1000 meaning 50 children under the age of five were not expected to live. By contrast, in 2010, the mortality rate has since dropped to 3.7.
