• Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup canola oil

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups self rising flour
• 1 peeled lemon rind

directions

• 1)  Combine sugar and eggs.
• 2)  Add lemon rind, then oil.
• 3)  Fold in the flour alternatively with milk.

Directions pg2:

• 4)Bake in a 23 cm round or square pan at 180 degree celsius for 40 minutes.
• Or until toothpick comes out clean. 
• 5)  Check after 40 minutes and see if it needs longer.
