Electoral System

• General Courts: Congress of Deputies and Senate
• Citizens vote for the party they want,choosing the deputies,those deputies will elect the Prime Minister.
• 350 Mp's(deputies) are elected through the D'hunt method.

• 4. The King will present the representative of the party that obtains the absolute majority.If no party does,a second election is held and so on,until a negotiation begins or a party gets the absolute majority in the election.

Now What?

Mariano Rajoy is expected to be presented:

• July 19: General Courts constitution.
• August 19:Last day for the final results of the elections to be published.
• Parties must negotiate before deadlines.
• PSOE is the only party that has not spoken since the election.
